By using our repair services, you agree to the following terms.
Estimates & Pricing
Labor is billed at $150 per hour in 15-minute increments ($37.50) per technician. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time; the final price may change if additional issues are found. We will contact you before performing work beyond the original estimate.
90-Day Warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated issues, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after the repair.
Data Loss
You are responsible for backing up your data before handing us your device. We take care with your data, but we are not liable for any loss of data, photos, files, or software resulting from repair work.
Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after we notify you that the repair is complete may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover unpaid charges.
Mail-In Repairs
You are responsible for shipping costs to us and for packing your device securely. We are not responsible for damage or loss during inbound shipping. Return shipping terms will be confirmed before we send your device back.
Payment
Payment is due when the repair is complete and before the device is returned, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
